Job summary

LVI Associates is expanding its Operations team in the Baltimore/Bowie area, seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of nature-based restoration projects.

You'll own projects from concept to delivery across mitigation, stormwater, stream restoration, and green infrastructure, guiding multidisciplinary teams and navigating regulatory frameworks to achieve tangible environmental impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in mitigation, stormwater, stream restoration, or green infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead full lifecycle project delivery.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and permitting environments.

My client is growing and looking to bring on a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their expanding Operations team in their Baltimore or Bowie Office.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, working across:

• Mitigation and mitigation banking
• Stormwater management
• Stream and wetland restoration
• Green infrastructure and nature-based solutions

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where you'll be managing multidisciplinary teams, navigating regulatory frameworks, and bringing technically challenging projects to life.

Compensation

• $110,000 - $160,000+ base salary (flexible depending on experience)
