Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applied sciences, environmental engineering, construction management, or related field.
• At least 6 years of engineering, construction, or environmental project experience.
• 3+ years of direct project management ownership of scope, schedule, and budget.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
• Knowledge of environmental permitting and compliance.
• Experience managing subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Ability to lead complex projects independently, with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Comfort working in field settings, construction zones, and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead restoration projects from opportunity development to close-out.
• Develop schedules, build and manage budgets, and track progress.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with clients and regulators.
• Identify risks and devise mitigation strategies.
