Job summary

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC in Huntsville, AL seeks a Project Manager II to coordinate medium-to-highly complex projects and multiple teams. You will oversee daily activities, develop cost estimates, and prepare status reports for senior management, interfacing with government customers and vendors throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires strong leadership, DoD acquisitions experience, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
• 8 years of task related work experience.
• 4 years of DoD acquisitions experience.
• 7 years of team leadership experience.
• Must be able to obtain government security clearance.
• Experience with AS9100/AS9110 quality requirements.
• Experience in civil or military aircraft operations is a plus.
• Ability to pass a drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily activities required in accordance with statement of work.
• Prepare internal project status reports for Project Manager or higher management.
• Assist Project Manager in proposal development.
• Coordinate and chair integrated product team meetings, as necessary.
• Interface with the government coordinator and customer on a daily basis.
• Maintain calendar and schedule appointments and/or conference rooms.
• Prepare professional correspondence to vendors, and customers as required.
