Job summary

Yulista Holding LLC is seeking a Cost Analyst to develop budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure DoD compliance across programs in a hybrid work setting in Huntsville, AL. You will support Program Managers and leadership with timely financial data, invoicing, and reporting while maintaining calendar-based schedules.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of DoD contracting experience, a Bachelor's in finance/accounting, and strong Excel/Costpoint skills.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and government contracting principles.
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint and advanced Excel.
• Experience using Microsoft Project and invoicing systems (WAWF/iRAPT).
• Excellent communication with Program Managers, Finance and Contracts teams.
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines in a fast-paced DoD environment.
• Exposure to Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost baselines.
• Track actual labor, material, subcontractor, licensing, and asset expenses against plan.
• Prepare and submit invoices compliant with DoD requirements (WAWF/iRAPT).
• Produce financial reports and status updates for leadership and customers.
• Assist in implementing new procedures to improve workflow.
