Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's in management, accounting, or finance with at least 3 years in project support, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of work experience in project support or a relevant role.
• U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain/maintain a Department of War Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of project schedules and timelines; track progress and report KPIs.
• Assist project managers with financial forecasting, labor cost tracking, and invoice review.
• Provide analytical support for project planning and risk mitigation.
• Prepare project documentation, briefings, and reports for stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Coordinate meetings and project activities; ensure alignment across teams.
• Maintain databases and PM tools for visibility into status and resources.
• Support financial management including budget tracking and resource allocation.
