Job summary

Yulista Holding LLC is seeking a Cost Analyst to develop and track budgets, costs, and schedules while preparing financial reports for DoD contracting. You will support Program Managers with accurate program data and ensure compliance with contract requirements and government standards.

The role involves maintaining schedules, analyzing variances, and assisting with audits and customer meetings in a hybrid office environment in Huntsville, AL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of project control, financial management, or program analysis in a DoD contracting environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance, if required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain project and enterprise budgets, forecasts, and cost baselines.
• Track actual labor, material, subcontractor, licensing, and asset expenses against planned budgets.
• Prepare and submit invoices in compliance with DoD requirements (WAWF/iRAPT).
• Generate routine financial reports and status updates for leadership and customers.
• Maintain project schedules in Microsoft Project; align milestones and funding.
• Perform cost and schedule variance analysis and support contract modifications tracking.
