Job summary

New Engen’s Donut Studios seeks a Creative Strategy Lead to guide performance-driven creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more. You’ll lead client strategy, brief internal teams, and collaborate with media to optimize campaigns, while ensuring brand alignment and high-quality deliverables.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, briefing partners with clarity and attention to detail, and using tools like Asana, Notion, Slack, and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• ,
• 4+ years of experience in paid social creative strategy, ideally at a digital marketing agency or in-house at a DTC brand
• Strong instincts for direct response creative and platform-specific storytelling
• Proven track record of leading client strategy and improving creative performance
• Deep understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels
• Excellent communicator and collaborator who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Confident briefing partner and creative reviewer with high attention to detail
• Tools and nice to haves:
• Proficiency with Asana, Notion, Slack, and Google Suite (especially Sheets)
• Familiarity with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Bonus points for experience with creative testing frameworks or building UGC programs

Responsibilities

• Develop Performance-Driven Creative Strategy across digital channels using frameworks grounded in performance insights.
• Serve as the Creative Strategy Lead for Clients in-house; advise on direction and platform best practices.
• Turn Audience Insights into Creative Direction for internal teams to align with campaign objectives.
• Partner with Media to review performance and refine strategies for better results.
• Manage Creative Launch Pipelines with media partners and keep timelines on track.
• Lead Creative Briefing and Project Management using tools like Asana and Slack.
• Ensure Quality and Brand Alignment across scripts, concepts, and deliverables.
• Strengthen Cross-Functional Collaboration between creative, media, and client teams.
