Job summary

New Engen’s in-house Donut Studios is seeking a Creative Strategy Lead to drive performance-driven creative across social and display channels. You’ll lead client strategy, translate audience insights into compelling directions, and work with media to optimize results.

Strong collaboration and briefing skills are essential. 4+ years in paid social creative strategy, deep digital channel knowledge, and proficiency with collaboration tools are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in paid social creative strategy, ideally at an agency or in-house at a DTC brand.
• Strong instincts for direct response creative and platform-specific storytelling.
• Proven track record of leading client strategy and improving creative performance.
• Deep understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other digital channels.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Confident in briefing partners and reviewing creative work with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop Performance-Driven Creative Strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and display.
• Lead Creative Strategy for Clients and guide direction, opportunities, and best practices.
• Turn Audience Insights into actionable creative direction for internal teams.
• Partner with Media to review campaign performance and optimize messaging.
• Manage Creative Launch Pipelines with cross-functional teams and timelines.
• Lead Creative Briefing and Project Management using Asana and Slack.
• Ensure Quality and Brand Alignment across all deliverables.
• Strengthen Cross-Functional Collaboration between creative, media and clients.
