Job summary

New Engen, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Creative Strategy Lead for Donut Studios, our in-house studio. You will craft performance-driven creative strategies, lead client discussions, and translate audience insights into actionable creative direction.

You’ll partner with media to optimize campaigns and maintain tight project timelines, ensuring brand alignment across platforms. Remote-friendly role supporting distributed teams nationwide, with offices in select locations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of paid social creative strategy experience in a digital marketing setting.
• Ability to lead client strategy and improve creative performance.
• Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance-driven creative strategy across major platforms.
