Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 4-year college degree in architecture, construction management or engineering science.
• 5+ years relevant experience managing staff and major projects, including contracts and scopes.
• Strong project-management expertise across planning, development, implementation and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project staff and provide direction to a large project team.
• Direct development of goals, work plans, timeliness, and implementation strategies.
• Manage and account for project budgets and contracts.
• Identify and coordinate with program committees and advisory groups.
• Administer project budgets and contracts, approve expenditures.
• Train and advise staff, project advocates and participants.
• Plan, facilitate and conduct meetings; measure and communicate performance.
• Identify stakeholders and develop strategies to gain support and partnerships.
• Contribute to team performance through collaboration and communication.
• Align project outcomes with client value and opportunities for added value.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
