Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) seeks a hands-on Project Manager to lead delivery across a range of building projects in the Americas. You will manage project management services, liaise with clients, and drive preconstruction through to closeout, with emphasis on add-value opportunities and project outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering and 5–10 years of construction management experience, and are proficient in MS Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering, related field, or relevant experience.
• 5–10 years’ experience in building types and construction management through all phases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to write clear reports and relate complex information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of clients and project team to meet project goals and outcomes.
• Serve as liaison with clients for all project-related decisions.
• Plan, organize, and direct project management through all phases: Preconstruction to Closeout.
• Manage A&E team design management, schedule, budget, and risk; administer contracts and bidding.
• Direct construction phase activities including procurement, risk management, QA, safety and execution.
• Oversee closeout processes and ensure adherence to project specs and reports.
• Mentor internal project support staff or work independently.
• Collaborate effectively with team to deliver client outcomes and value.
