Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Construction Management, Structural/Architectural Engineering, Cost Estimating or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of relevant construction cost estimating experience across multiple building types.
• Knowledge of cost management, planning, and effective communication; familiarity with estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage quantity take-offs and cost estimates from drawings and specs.
• Lead cost planning, value engineering and cost option estimates.
• Review estimates and provide cost containment recommendations.
• Present estimates to clients and management; attend client meetings.
• Mentor team members and contribute to project outcomes.
