• Direct preconstruction through closeout, including design management, scheduling, budgeting and risk control.
• Plan and oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and site safety.
• Produce cost and status reports aligned with client objectives.
• Mentor project engineers and administrators; collaborate across teams.
