Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in architecture, construction management, engineering science or a related field.
• 5-10 years experience managing staff and major projects.
• Experience developing and monitoring contracts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project staff and provide direction to a large project team.
• Develop project goals, work plans, timeliness, and implementation strategies.
• Manage budgets and contracts.
• Coordinate with program committees and advisory groups.
• Administer project budgets, approve expenditures, develop, and monitor contracts.
• Train staff and project participants.
• Plan, facilitate and conduct meetings.
• Measure and report project performance.
• Engage stakeholders and identify opportunities to add value.
