Job summary

Kitchell seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a parking structure project in San Francisco, Bay Area, with Design-Build delivery and DSA oversight. You will serve as Owner’s Representative, ensuring contract compliance and leading procurement, cost, and schedule controls.

The role requires 12+ years PM/CM experience in construction, a related bachelor’s degree, and preferred CCM/DBIA/LEED credentials.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred.
12+ years of experience as a Construction or Project Manager required.
Experience in Education/DSA market required.
Experience with Design-Build and traditional Design-Bid-Build strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide PM/CM Consultant Services as Owner’s Representative over a ground-up parking structure.
Ensure operations align with PM procedures and policies.
Manage procurement and development of RFQs/RFPs.
Oversee contracts, drawings, estimates, and specs for compliance.
Coordinate and oversee contractors, engineers, architects, and related teams.
Manage project controls, cost, schedule, and performance.
Identify and mitigate project risks with regional leadership.
