Job summary

Clayco is a full-service real estate development, master planning, architecture, engineering, and construction firm. A Senior Project Manager will be based on the construction project site and lead projects from conceptual stages through closeout, coordinating with architects, engineers and planners on design schedules, forecasts, and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related.
• 10-15 years of experience managing construction projects ($50+ million) ideally design-build.
• Strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
• Previous experience with set-up, budget planning, buyout, and cost reporting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology.
• Previous experience leading a successful project management team.

Responsibilities

• Build client and subcontractor relationships.
• Team with Architects, Engineers, and Planners to create and manage a design schedule.
• Establish project forecasts and budgets.
• Manage costs.
• Accept full responsibility for project execution.
• Mentor and develop project management staff.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related
