Job summary

Clayco, a full-service real estate development and construction firm, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead design-build projects from concept through closeout. You will build relationships with clients and subs, partner with architects and engineers, and drive budgets, schedules, and cost controls on projects valued from $60M to over $250M.

The role requires 10–15 years of PM experience, a strong safety record, and the ability to lead a PM team across nationwide projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CM, engineering, architecture or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build client and subcontractor relationships.
• Team with Architects, Engineers, and Planners to create and manage a design schedule.
• Establish project forecasts and budgets.
• Manage costs.
• Accept full responsibility for project execution.
• Mentor and develop project management staff.
