Job summary

Clayco is a full-service real estate development, master planning, architecture, engineering, and construction firm delivering top-quality solutions across North America. This Senior Project Manager role oversees design-build projects from concept through closeout, with project values from $60M to $250M+.

Based on construction sites, you will lead teams, manage forecasts and budgets, and ensure safety and quality while mentoring PM staff. Travel nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience managing construction projects ($50+ million).
• Strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
• Experience with set-up, budget planning, buyout, and cost reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership of a project management team.

Responsibilities

• Build client and subcontractor relationships.
• Team with Architects, Engineers, and Planners to create and manage a design schedule.
• Establish project forecasts and budgets.
• Manage costs.
• Accept full responsibility for project execution.
• Mentor and develop project management staff.
