Jobot is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in the Chicago area to oversee multiple design-build construction projects. You will lead the project from initiation to close, hire subcontractors, manage vendors, and track inventory while ensuring compliance and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in project management, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years project management experience.
• Experience with design-build construction.
• Technically literate and able to work with vendors and permits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects or one large project across markets.
• Lead project from initiation to close and hire subcontractors.
• Coordinate with vendors and track equipment/materials inventory.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and project management methodology.
