Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for national design-build and general contracting projects spanning industrial, commercial, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors. You will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of project management experience in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or heavy civil construction, plus a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or heavy civil construction.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration knowledge.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, costs, safety, and quality standards.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting to leadership and clients.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Resolve project issues proactively to maintain timelines and client satisfaction.
• Support estimating, procurement, and preconstruction activities as needed.
