Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to set goals, objectives, and specs.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including resource allocation, scheduling, and procurement strategies.
• Manage budgets, track costs, and address variances.
• Oversee contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
