Job summary

Jobot in Chicago is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the management and coordination of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with senior project managers and field staff to ensure activities meet quality, safety, and budget requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, with 1–3 years in construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in construction, preferably in a project assistant or coordinator role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and terminology.
• Familiarity with project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
