Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Experience managing ground‑up or large-scale construction projects
• Ability to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
• Experience managing project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting
• Experience with subcontractor buyout, negotiations, and contract management
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar
