Job summary

Rubrik Professional Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise customer implementations and help shape our delivery practice. You will act as a trusted advisor for deployment success and value realization, while mentoring other PMs and contributing to PMO governance.

You will drive delivery excellence, leadership, and practice enablement across projects, manage scope and risk, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure outcomes align with Rubrik standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct Project Management experience delivering enterprise customer projects.
• PMP certification.
• Experience building or scaling PMO governance models with AI and standard delivery methodologies.
• Track record managing multiple complex client engagements concurrently in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Mentoring and developing junior to mid-level PMs.
• Expert knowledge of PM tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana) and Google Workspace.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise projects from kickoff to sign-off.
• Manage scope, milestones, resources, deadlines, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies; govern issues.
• Serve as single point of contact for executives and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to PMO governance framework and delivery processes.
• Mentor associates and mid-level PMs; share best practices and templates.
