Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a highly driven Project Manager II to lead complex, high‑visibility programs. You will own the full project lifecycle—from scope definition and planning through execution, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

You will guide integrated project teams and ensure every phase meets our standards for performance, compliance, and quality. This fast‑paced role requires at least four years of PM experience, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of four years of project management experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Project Management Plan (PMP) in line with KDA processes.
• Establish and manage the project budget and milestones.
• Coordinate with finance, compliance, procurement, engineering, configuration management, and operations.
• Provide periodic status reports to senior management and project owner.
• Ensure compliance with export controls (ITAR/EAR) and internal policies.
