Job summary

Advanced Acoustic Concepts, LLC is seeking a Manager I/II Program Management in Clarksburg, MD to lead programs through technical, schedule and cost performance. You will work with engineering to drive development, manage budgets, and intercede when objectives require alignment with customer and contract requirements.

You will oversee bids, interface with customers, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables while pursuing follow-on opportunities and new

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, supply chain or business is highly preferred; equivalent combo considered.
• Experience across the program lifecycle including proposals, requirements, risk management and cost control.
• Knowledge of earned value cost accounting and scheduling metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily execution of contract requirements to meet cost, schedule and performance goals.
• Oversee planning, execution and delivery of programs/projects with high-quality deliverables.
• Lead or support bid and proposal activities and ensure RFP requirements are met.
• Coordinate with contracts and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive execution.
• Develop and implement plans and budgets; report program status to senior management.
• Identify, assess and mitigate program risks throughout the life cycle.
