You will oversee cross-functional teams, coordinate with engineering and business development, and drive risk management and proposals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience.
• Degree in engineering/finance/supply chain or business.
• Experience across the program lifecycle, including proposals and risk management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily execution of contract requirements to meet cost, schedules and performance goals.
• Oversee planning, execution and delivery of programs to ensure quality deliverables.
• Lead bid and proposal activities with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare for and participate in contract negotiations.
• Develop and implement plans to execute contracts and manage budgets.
• Provide status reports to senior management.
