Job summary

Kord, a wholly owned subsidiary of KBR, seeks a Program Manager to lead defense programs spanning development, integration, production, testing, and fielding of advanced weapon systems. You will manage technical performance, cost, schedule, and risk while engaging customers and government stakeholders.

You will coordinate cross functional teams across engineering, operations, contracts, finance and business development to ensure successful program execution, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across development, integration, production, test, and deployment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing program cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk.
• Familiarity with government contracting requirements and defense acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of program execution to meet cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality goals.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, operations, logistics, and quality.
