Job summary

E Tech Group in the United States seeks a Project Manager to lead large projects and manage cross-functional teams including subcontractors. You will oversee design, procurement, implementation and commissioning, ensuring commercial, financial and technical success.

Based in Northern California with up to 25% travel, you will develop proposals, manage client communications, control scope, schedule and cost, and mentor other team members while applying PMI standards.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3 years dedicated PM experience or 5+ years in project engineering.
• Proven ability to implement PMI-based standards.
• Experience with MS Project and contracts/subcontracts.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Proposal Development – scope, schedule, cost estimates and handoff from Business Development.
• Manage Client Communication – ensure effective client, team and management communication.
• Develop the Project Schedule and Plan – labor resources and procurement to meet schedule and cash flow.
• Drive Scope – control scope, manage change orders and new opportunities.
• Maintain Cost – monitor budgets, earned value and contingency; forecast costs.
