Job summary

Edge Services seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional delivery and governance across Marketing Operations initiatives including EDAM/EDAM, Claravine, taxonomy modernization, and metadata governance. You will drive structured decision-making, owning RAID logs, and ensuring actionable ownership across teams.

The role requires strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in ambiguity while building new operating models and change management plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional business and technology initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with governance frameworks, RAID management, and executive reporting.
• Experience documenting business processes, workflows, and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of EDAM, Claravine, taxonomy, and metadata governance initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and critical path activities.
• Coordinate activities across Marketing, Creative, Digital, Product, Analytics, and technology teams.
• Facilitate working sessions, steering meetings, decision reviews, and stakeholder workshops.
• Drive issue resolution and decision-making to prevent project delays.
