Job summary

Liquid I.V. is seeking a meticulous Digital Asset Manager to architect and govern our asset ecosystem across the Marketing department.

You will lead intake, taxonomy, and governance, ensuring consistent asset handling from capture to delivery in Bynder and beyond. You will collaborate with the Director of Marketing Operations and the Marketing Operations Manager to implement scalable asset governance, metadata strategies, and tool integrations while monitoring AI-enabled solutions for marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of digital asset management, marketing operations, or creative operations experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Bynder or comparable enterprise DAM platform and ability to configure taxonomy, metadata, and portal structures.
• Experience building DAM or asset governance processes from scratch including intake, taxonomy design, and rollout.
• Strong knowledge of tools producing assets (Figma, Frame.io, Adobe Creative Cloud) and asset handoff workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the organization’s primary Digital Asset Manager and governing authority for asset standards, taxonomy, access, and lifecycle.
• Conduct structured intake sessions with creative asset leads and refine assets and data.
• Design and implement asset development-to-governance processes and naming conventions.
• Develop and steward taxonomy and metadata frameworks for all asset types.
• Maintain Bynder configurations, metadata schema, portal structure, and user permissions.
• Monitor AI landscape and recommend tools to leadership.
• Document and communicate asset lifecycle workflows to cross-functional teams.
• Train teams and agency partners on DAM tools and standards.
