Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional delivery and operational governance efforts across several strategic Marketing Operations initiatives, including Enterprise Digital Asset Management (EDA/EDAM), Claravine implementation, taxonomy modernization, metadata governance, and related change management activities.This individual will provide structure, accountability, and execution leadership across business, creative, product, analytics, and technology stakeholders. The role is responsible for ensuring decisions are documented, workstreams are coordinated, risks are proactively managed, stakeholder responsibilities are clearly defined, and project outcomes are successfully delivered.The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in driving complex, cross-functional initiatives, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments where governance and operating models are still being established.

Primary Responsibilities
Program & Project Leadership
  • Lead day-to-day execution of EDAM, Claravine, taxonomy, and metadata governance initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and critical path activities.
  • Coordinate activities across Marketing, Creative, Digital, Product, Analytics, Enterprise Technology Services, and vendor teams.
  • Facilitate working sessions, steering meetings, decision reviews, and stakeholder workshops.
  • Drive issue resolution and decision‑making to prevent project delays.
Governance & Decision Management
  • Establish and maintain a centralized project repository for:
    • Decisions
    • Assumptions
    • Risks
    • Issues
    • Dependencies
    • Business definitions
    • Taxonomy standards
    • Action items
  • Document meeting outcomes and ensure decisions have clear owners and due dates.
  • Maintain RAID logs and escalation pathways.
  • Ensure stakeholders understand and align on program objectives, scope, and ownership.
Stakeholder & Operating Model Management
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive stakeholder map across EDAM and Claravine workstreams.
  • Define roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and escalation paths.
  • Identify gaps in ownership and facilitate alignment discussions.
  • Ensure impacted teams understand upcoming changes and required actions.
Creative Operations Coordination
  • Partner with Creative Services and business teams to:
    • Prioritize requests
    • Define deliverables
    • Establish deadlines
    • Drive accountability
  • Ensure work requiring creative participation has:
    • Clear requirements
    • Agreed timelines
    • Designated owners
    • Completion criteria
  • Track progress and proactively remove blockers.
Taxonomy & Metadata Governance
  • Support development and adoption of:
    • Asset naming conventions
    • Metadata standards
    • Taxonomy governance processes
    • Asset classification standards
  • Facilitate workshops to define and document business terminology.
  • Coordinate reviews and approvals across stakeholder groups.
  • Track governance decisions and implementation readiness.
Change Management & Communications
  • Develop communication and adoption plans for impacted users.
  • Coordinate training materials, FAQs, readiness activities, and stakeholder updates.
  • Identify change impacts and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support business readiness activities leading to major releases and migrations.
EDAM Operational Remediation

Lead execution planning and coordination for post-migration improvements, including:

Working Asset Cleanup
  • Inventory migrated working files that should not reside in EDA.
  • Coordinate stakeholder review and disposition decisions.
  • Track removal and remediation activities.
Virtual Library Recovery
  • Coordinate response plan for the Marketing Virtual Library access issue.
  • Facilitate alignment among business and technical teams.
  • Track actions required to restore approved asset access and reduce business disruption.
Single Source of Truth Transition
  • Identify dependencies on legacy repositories and network drives.
  • Establish transition plans to approved repositories.
  • Drive stakeholder adoption of future‑state asset management processes.
