Job summary

The Digital Asset Management Consortium, Inc. is seeking an Asset Enablement Manager to oversee the North American DAM platform, govern data standards, and optimize asset workflows across teams and agencies.

You will establish technical asset requirements, coordinate with Mars, Royal Canin Global, US/Canada teams, and external partners to ensure compliant ingestion, metadata accuracy, and premium content delivery for the NA market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering an enterprise DAM platform in a complex environment.
• Deep knowledge of metadata, taxonomy, naming, and DRM.
• Strong technical literacy for creative file formats and codecs.
• Experience partnering with brand/creative teams early in campaigns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional teams.
• Structured project management across matrixed organizations.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee structure, architecture, and day-to-day operations of the NA DAM platform.
• Set and enforce technical asset specifications for compliant assets.
• Align operational workflows with Mars, Inc., Royal Canin Global, US & Canada teams.
• Manage QA, validation, and loading of digital assets; enforce SOPs.
• Navigate platform issues and guide internal teams through updates.
• Audit and optimize metadata schemas, search taxonomies, and access permissions.
• Author SOPs and training materials; conduct routine training for teams.
• Serve as central contact for external agencies to ensure smooth handoffs.
