Job summary

Chiesi USA, Inc. seeks a DAM governance professional to own the US Rare DAM and Claims Library, defining tagging standards and lifecycle controls. You will train teams, ensure compliance, and drive rapid content delivery by improving findability and reuse across brand projects.

You will manage metadata quality, oversee vendor collaboration, and shape future run-states with Marketing Ops. Hybrid Boston-based role with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DAM/content governance or content operations.
• Strong metadata/taxonomy design and lifecycle management.
• Experience with claims management, usage rights/consent, and audit requirements.
• Familiarity with enterprise DAM and medical/legal/review systems.

Responsibilities

• Own governance for US Rare across DAM and the Claims Library.
• Define metadata/taxonomy standards and controlled vocabularies.
• Ensure claims traceability for assets/modules (source IDs, version lineage, rights/consent, expiry).
• Manage lifecycle from creation to deprecation/archive with automated checks.
• Coordinate with regulatory/medical/privacy for audits and remediation.
• Drive adoption through training, playbooks, office hours and champion networks.
• Improve findability and reuse; QA ingestion/tagging with brand teams and agencies.
• Enable modular content for reuse and localization.
• Publish dashboards on reuse, cycle time, metadata quality.
