The role requires a BS/BA in a related field with PMP within 6 months, 10+ years in PM, and strong leadership of matrix teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business or related field; PMP within 6 months.
• 10+ years in related work; 4+ years leading multiple projects/programs.
• Expert knowledge of program management processes and architecture.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Specialized knowledge of aerospace contracting and procurement.
• Proficient in business applications software and financial tools.
• Skilled at analyzing and interpreting complex policies and financial reports.
• Strong communication with customers, management and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Create program charter, baseline plan, and manage program scope and risk.
• Maintain integrated schedules, data, and corrective actions across programs.
• Develop plans for mature and new product development programs.
• Serve as primary customer contact for contract changes and scope.
• Organize programs by identifying needed expertise and staffing.
• Oversee task planning, resource estimates, and subcontracting if needed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and issue resolution.
• Present at major program reviews and document actions.
• Mentor and lead project teams and share knowledge.
• Maintain technical knowledge through workshops and publications.
