Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Commercial Real Estate initiatives from inception through delivery. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to align scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and executive communications to achieve strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will oversee CRE projects while supporting Information Security, Infrastructure, and Data Reporting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in industry with 2+ years in a senior project/leadership role.
• Excellent written and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement projects aligned with business objectives.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop schedules, track milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead kickoffs, status meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
• Present executive reporting decks and status updates.
