Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced project leader to plan and oversee complex initiatives, ensuring delivery on time and within scope. You will designate resources, establish schedules, track progress, and report to stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes collaboration, risk management, and alignment with SitusAMC’s objectives. A bachelor’s degree and 8+ years PM experience, with PMP or CAPM preferred, are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of industry experience; 2+ years in an AVP level or equivalent.
• PMI certifications (PMP/CAPM) preferred; project management experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and professionalism; strong problem-solving and leadership.
• Experience in planning, risk, and time management; strategic planning and change management.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.

This role is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within the predefined project scope. This role will plan and designate project resources, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. This is all done within the confines of SitusAMC’s goals and vision.

Essential Job Functions

• Plan and implement projects

• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 8+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent.
• Project management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred
• Project management experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• High degree of professionalism
• Problem-solving and strong leadership skills
• Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
• Proficiency in project management software tools
• Conflict resolution experience

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$110,000.00 - $135,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.

SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
