Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of corporate workplace interiors experience for our New York City office.

Lead diverse projects, manage budgets, and interface with clients and consultants in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Revit and AutoCAD, excellent presentation and communication skills, and a deep understanding of NYC/IBC codes and base building infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; MA is a plus.
• 10+ years of continuous project management experience in Corporate Workplace Interiors.
• Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong presentation, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Understanding NYC/IBC building codes and base building infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to RFPs and attend new business presentations.
• Calculate and track man-hour projections and project fees.
• Generate contractual agreements and manage project finances.
• Interface with the client, real estate team, landlord and consultants.
• Coordinate bidding process and bid analysis.
• Oversee project production, staffing projections, and schedules.
• Project close-out and sign-off.
