Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a contract role to lead large-scale banking transformation programs. You will drive end-to-end merger, integration, and conversion initiatives, coordinating across business, technology, operations, risk, and executives.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of PM experience in banking/financial services, a Bachelor's degree, strong leadership and communication, and a proven track record delivering enterprise-wide programs.

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading financial institution undergoing a significant transformation and integration initiative and are building a pipeline of experienced Project Managers for current and future openings.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record leading large-scale banking, financial services, or operational transformation programs. This role will oversee complex cross-functional initiatives and drive execution across multiple merger and integration workstreams.
