• Experience supporting application development projects preferred.
• ServiceNow experience is a plus.
• Experience within the banking or financial services industries is strongly preferred.

Vaco is partnering with a Cincinnati-based client to identify a Senior Project Manager to join their Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering a hybrid work schedule near downtown Cincinnati and the chance to lead highly visible, enterprise-wide initiatives with significant executive exposure.

This role is ideal for a seasoned project leader who thrives in a structured EPMO environment and can balance strategic leadership with hands‑on project execution.

What You'll Do

Lead several concurrent enterprise-level projects from initiation through delivery.

Partner with business and technology leaders to drive project planning, execution, and governance.

Utilize Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies based on project needs.

Facilitate executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communications.

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of Project Management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.

Experience working within an established PMO or EPMO environment.

Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, risks, and competing priorities.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

Experience supporting application development projects preferred.

ServiceNow experience is a plus.

Experience within the banking or financial services industries is strongly preferred.
