Job summary

Hensel Phelps is seeking a Project Manager to act as the company’s representative for stakeholders and ensure safe, on‑budget, on‑time project delivery. The PM leads long‑term planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation while coordinating with the PS and project staff to optimize resources and trade partner performance.

The role requires a BS in Construction Management or engineering with 5–10 years’ CM/PM experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field with 5–10 years of PM/CM experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage safety, quality, schedule, and cost on design-build projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project safety and implement core safety policies on site.
• Coordinate pre-job planning, scheduling, and procurement with the team.
• Manage trade partners, costs, and schedule progress, reporting monthly margins.
