Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience in project management or construction programs.
• Advanced project management skills with demonstrated understanding of project management business.
• Experience in client relations, contract negotiations, and consulting skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate analyzed data to client and project team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Financial management of projects: budgets, forecasts, cash flow analysis, and client reports.
• Develop and maintain Master Project Schedule and track progress against critical paths.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs for vendor and contractor services for projects.
• Guide design implementation and short-to-medium term planning with clients and teams.
• Manage due diligence, budgeting, procurement, vendor/contractor selection, and post-construction services.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field

10+ years of related experience

Advanced project management skills

Experience in client relations, contract negotiations, and consulting

Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate data

Proficient in Microsoft Office
