Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Nashville seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee project implementation and execution through construction completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, and vendor contracts while coordinating with clients, design teams, and stakeholders to deliver value and quality.

This role requires 10+ years of PM experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office. A background in architecture/engineering/construction management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Advanced project management skills with understanding of PM business.
• Ability to support and/or lead business development initiatives as assigned or requested.
• Experience in client relations, client management, contract negotiations, and consulting skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate analyzed data to client and project team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project budgets and forecasts.
• Manage the Master Project Schedule and track performance.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs for vendors and contractors.
• Guide design implementation and long-term planning.
• Lead kickoff meetings with stakeholders and client teams.
• Oversee due diligence, procurement, and contractor selection.
• Interface with client staff, property managers and vendors.
• Ensure use of Cushman & Wakefield technologies on projects.
