Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee project execution through completion of construction. You will manage budgets, schedules, and major vendor negotiations while collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure delivery excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 10+ years of experience, with proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
• Develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule and track performance.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs for vendors and services.
• Guide design implementation and short- to medium-term planning.
• Lead project kick-off meetings with stakeholders to communicate responsibilities.
• Manage due diligence, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting, procurement and contractor/vendor selection.
• Oversee multiple sites with design and construction processes.
• Negotiate contracts and performance with contracted vendors/consultants.
• Interface with client staff, property managers, and vendors.
• Utilize PDS technology for assigned projects.
