Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead healthcare capital projects from planning through occupancy in Nashville. You will advise clients, support leadership, and drive best practices in healthcare delivery.

The role emphasizes budget control, schedule management, and coordination with design teams, clinical staff, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes in occupied settings.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience with healthcare construction.
• Advanced healthcare project management skills within occupied environments.
• Experience in client relations, contract negotiations and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Lead healthcare construction projects from planning through occupancy.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and cash flow reports.
• Develop and maintain Master Project Schedule; track performance and critical path.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs for vendor and contractor services.
• Coordinate medical equipment planning, procurement, installation and turnover.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
