Job summary

S.C. Swiderski (SCS) is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee construction projects from conception to completion in Mosinee, Wisconsin.

You will collaborate with acquisitions, engineers and architects to prepare bids, budgets, schedules and contracts, and you will guide subcontractors through the bidding, contracting and build process to ensure milestones are met. Qualifications

• 3–5 years+ proven work experience in construction as a project manager with technical knowledge and budgeting experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in residential or commercial construction.
• OSHA 10 certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall construction project from conception to completion.
• Prepare budget and cost estimates from preliminary to final.
• Negotiate contracts and manage sub-contractors and procurement.
• Develop construction schedules with milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Provide regular progress reports and analytics to leadership.
