Job summary

S.C. Swiderski, based in Mosinee, Wisconsin, seeks a Site Superintendent II to lead field construction for multi-family projects. You will supervise trades, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with PMs and site staff. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential for success on busy job sites.

You will manage look-ahead schedules, monitor budgets, and maintain site documentation, collaborating with inspectors and project teams to drive project excellence.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of multi-family building construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret plans and specs.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes; code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site staff.
• Enforce adherence to plans, specs, codes, and schedules.
• Monitor material usage, labor productivity, and equipment needs.
• Conduct daily safety and quality inspections; lead toolbox talks.
• Mentor Level I staff; provide feedback and training.
• Prepare progress reports for Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules with the PM.
• Lead meetings and coordinate subcontractor activities.
