Job summary

S.C. Swiderski (SCS) in Mosinee, WI is seeking a Carpenter III to support field construction with advanced finish carpentry on single- and multi-family projects. You will mentor juniors, interpret blueprints, and coordinate finish work across multiple sites.

Expect strong leadership, 5+ years of carpentry, OSHA-10, and a valid driver's license. The role requires travel within Central Wisconsin and 40–50 hrs/week with some overtime.

Qualifications

• Required at least 5 years of carpentry experience with advanced finish capabilities.
• Ability to interpret blueprints/specs and perform complex fitment work.
• Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of specialty trim, custom millwork, and complex finish packages.
• Mentor junior carpenters and support project execution across sites.
• Perform high-quality finish carpentry with independence.
• Coordinate sequencing of finish tasks to support workflow and schedule.
• Maintain safety and compliance with OSHA and site requirements.
• Collaborate with Site Superintendent on finish quality reviews.
