Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the United States to oversee project setup, execution, and closeout for client accounts and facilities. You will guide strategy with directors, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate with management teams to ensure quality and profitability.

The role requires leading project teams, focusing on cost control, risk management, and client satisfaction while aligning with company standards and practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in project management, with leadership and development of staff.
• Construction industry experience is required, with client relations and contract negotiations skills.
• Experience in consulting and engaging with clients throughout project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to project strategy development with Directors and executes within the unit.
• Manages project costs, schedule, risks and scope; creates charter and execution plan.
• Leads meetings; maintains master budgets and timelines to meet objectives and client needs.
• Coordinates reports and reviews for clients and management through all project phases.
• Oversees selection of consultants/contractors and integrates related C&W components as needed.
• Reviews requisitions and invoices; advises the account/portfolio manager and facilities team.
• Participates in marketing and presentation of services to clients.
• Supervises project staff and coordinates resources across offices.
• Delivers necessary documentation to client and management; ensures compliance with goals.
