Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Construction Project Manager - Team Lead to drive leadership, delivery, and client success across a portfolio of projects. You will oversee Project Managers, enforce governance, and ensure alignment with financial goals and schedules.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in construction or PM roles, 5+ years leading teams, and strong capabilities in project controls, forecasting, risk management, and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • Certification such as PMP/CCM/DBIA or similar preferred.
  • 10+ years of construction management or project management experience.
  • 5+ years leading project management teams and large-scale programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers responsible for multiple construction projects.
  • Establish performance expectations and accountability standards across the PM team.
  • Conduct regular project reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, collaboration, and operational excellence.
  • Support workforce planning and talent development.
